If you have a motor vehicle insurance claim you should:
1. Ring our office or your account broker and they will post/email/fax to you or inform you of the insurer claims hotline number you will need to ring.
2. Arrange quote/s for repair to your vehicle. Allianz, Vero and Lumleys have recommended repairers and require one quote from a recommended repairer. Please request a list of recommended repairers.
3. Forward your insurance claim form to us with quote/s and we will forward the documentation onto the insurer and arrange an assessment of your vehicle.
4. If a third party is involved, any correspondence from the third party should be forwarded to us so your insurer can be alerted and the third party dealt with accordingly.
5. Policy Excess to be paid either to the repairer or insurer. We will notify you of this requirement.
