If you need to lodge a commercial claim please follow these steps:

1.  In most cases a claim form will need to be filled out.  Please contact our office to obtain the correct claim form.

2.  In the event of a substantial loss an assessor will be required. 

3.  Under emergency situations glass breakages may be repaired immediately.  Please contact our office for further information.
