CitiPower City of Port Phillip Business Excellence Awards 
2006 Whitbread won two awards at the CitiPower City of Port Phillip Business Excellence Awards.
Whitbread Insurance Brokers won the National Australia Bank SME Business Award and the overall City of Port Phillip Business Excellence Award. These awards are a testament to the dedicated and innovative team at Whitbreads.
2008 Whitbread Insurance Brokers named finalist in the CitiPower City of Port Phillip Business Excellence Awards for Innovation.
Ronstan Service Provider Award 
In March 2008 Whitbread Insurance Brokers were named Ronstan Service Provider of the year for 2007 at the company's awards night. Ronstan are an Australian company with their head office in Melbourne and offices in London, Denmark and the USA. They design, manufacture and distribute sailboat hardware and architectural rigging, locally and internationally.
Whitbread have been finalists for this award for the past three years, up against the likes of ANZ bank and Starlight Express. John Paul Whitbread and Michelle Jacobs were very pleased to accept the award. "It is very rewarding to be recognised for our work." said John Paul. "We make it our business to understand our clients business and deliver a level of service that we ourselves would expect as a client."
