Prompt notification of any fire, accident, theft, malicious damage or injury, which may lead to an insurance claim is of the utmost importance, contributing towards achieving a speedy settlement from the insurers. The provision of as much detail as possible when reporting incidents on the insurance claim form is of equal importance to avoid delays.
All insurance claims are to be advised to Whitbread Insurance Brokers. Written confirmation and insurance claim forms are to be submitted as soon as possible thereafter. Appointment of assessors and authority to proceed with repairs, etc. will be arranged by Whitbread Insurance Brokers after liaising with the insurer concerned.

In the event of a third party advising of personal injury or damage to property resulting from your business activities or products, full details should be taken. Under no circumstances should liability be admitted, nor discussions or correspondence take place with any third party or their representatives without prior notification of your insurer or your broker.
