Prompt notification of any fire, accident, theft, malicious damage or injury, which may lead to an insurance claim is of the utmost importance.  Prompt notification can contribute towards achieving a speedy settlement from the insurers. Equal importance is providing as much detail as possible about the incident on the claim form.  This may avoid delays in processing your claim.

All insurance claims are to be advised to Whitbread Insurance Brokers. Written confirmation and insurance claim forms are to be submitted as soon as possible thereafter. Appointment of assessors and authority to proceed with repairs, etc. will be arranged by Whitbread Insurance Brokers after liaising with the insurer concerned.
