Bed and Breakfast

Whether you run a bed and breakfast, a winery, a hotel or a farm stay your risks are unique and require a specialist solution to ensure you are best placed to respond to events that could affect the financial strength and continuity of your business.

For us, helping clients is not just about protecting the “now”, it’s about encouraging them to see what’s possible.

While your insurance program should always include the basic areas of cover like Property, Business Interruption and Public Liability, a specialist Bed and Breakfast insurance policy will ensure the risks specific to your business are covered.

A Bed and Breakfast policy will extend to incorporate elements such as, loss or damage to the property of your guests, lost or stolen credit cards, spoilage of frozen food and replacement of locks and keys.

Please Note: Below are some of the more common insurance policy features, however, the list is not exhaustive and some features may not be offered by certain insurers. Please refer to the insurer-specific policy wording for inclusions, exclusions, terms and conditions. Axisbbpol v8/10 & AGL08 v2.2014
