From Thursday 26th March we will be making some changes to how we operate.
We wish to inform you that from Thursday 26th March our team will be primarily working from home. This is an important development to ensure we play our part in limiting the spread of COVID-19, adhering to the national goal of ‘flattening the curve’.

Are your staff contactable?
Yes, all our staff will be contactable during normal business hours via phone or email (8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday). All office phones will be redirected to mobile phones, therefore, please leave a message if the staff member was unable to take your call.
Can I call reception?
Yes, however if you are calling our main line, we ask that you please be patient. Our receptionist will not be able to transfer your call immediately, however will leave a message for the staff member to return your call as soon as possible, or pass on their number so you can contact them directly.
How will meetings be conducted?
In the interests of health and safety, we will only be conducting meetings via phone, and if preferred we can accommodate face-to-face meetings via video conferencing. Please be assured this is a temporary measure. We truly value our personal relationships with clients, and will revert back to face-to-face meetings when it is deemed safe to do so by the Australian Government and reputable health authorities.
Will you receive mail I send?
For the time being, our physical office will continue to receive mail, and all mail will be processed as usual. We ask that you do not attend our office under any circumstance. If there is physical documentation to send us, please send to:
